Largest Father and Son Tournament in the World

Father and son golf teams descend on Myrtle Beach this weekend for the "largest father and son tournament in the world".

Accorrding to a recent press release on PRWeb, "Martin’s PGA TOUR Superstore Father & Son Team Classic is the largest father and son golf competition in the world. 2004’s event drew more than 1,200 players from 44 states and six foreign countries. Played on the Grand Strand's most requested golf courses, the championship is a 54-hole event offering a different format each day. This year’s tournament host sites include Farmstead Golf Links, Grande Dunes Golf Club, Legends Golf Resorts, Myrtlewood Golf Club, Shaftesbury Glen Golf & Fish Club, Wild Wing Plantation, Tidewater Golf Club, Tournament Players Club of Myrtle Beach, Pine Lakes Country Club, and Wachesaw Plantation East."
